The website is operated by CH Health Tech Advisory, Zurich, Switzerland. Christian Hein is responsible for the personal data collected through the site.
Newsletter waitlist
If you leave your email address for the planned monthly newsletter, it is used to record your interest and to contact you about the launch and future issues. The newsletter is not active yet, and signing up only adds you to the waitlist.
The stored record may include your email address, the page where you signed up, the consent text shown at signup, a timestamp, your browser user agent, and the IP address associated with the request. This keeps a basic consent record and helps prevent abuse of the form.
Legal basis and consent
The newsletter waitlist is based on your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time. Until a newsletter is launched, withdrawal means asking for your email address to be removed from the waitlist.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel. Newsletter interest records are stored in Christian's Workbench, backed by Supabase. Confirmation emails and any future newsletter delivery may be handled by Resend.
Retention
Waitlist records are kept until the newsletter launches, until you ask for removal, or until Christian decides not to launch the newsletter. If the newsletter launches, subscribers will receive a clear unsubscribe option.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for newsletter-related processing. For privacy requests, contact Christian Hein through LinkedIn.
Analytics and external links
The site may use basic privacy-conscious analytics to understand which pages are read. External links, including LinkedIn and source references, are controlled by their own providers.
