One technology. Four incompatible playbooks.

If you are building an AI strategy in healthcare today, you aren't dealing with one global market. You are dealing with at least four distinct realities.

With the US increasingly fragmenting into new state-level regulations and the EU layering on heavy regulatory burdens with the AI-Act, the "standard" playbooks for expansion are breaking.

Meanwhile, regions like the UAE and Saudi Arabia are emerging as agile alternatives, though they come with their own maturing frameworks.

And in parallel, China goes All-In on AI, but with their own set of local regulatory constraints.

We need to talk about what this means for AI innovation in healthcare.

I will be deep-diving into this next week at Health Tech Forward in Barcelona.

Session: "AI regulation in US, Europe and China: same tech, different playbooks?" When: Dec 3rd at 9h45.

See you there.
